The descriptions on this Site reflect conceptual architecture only. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reverse-engineering, commercializing, or deploying these methodologies without a formal consulting engagement, research collaboration agreement, or express written licensing agreement.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for your personal, non-commercial business evaluation purposes.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia.
